Company
We started as an IT venture and used subsidies and software development on our own businesses first. Our 380+ engagements and over JPY 2.1 billion in subsidies are the result of continuing to build businesses ourselves.
We are a venture that has built one new business after another. Our portfolio of support services exists to share that experience and know-how of launching ventures with other business owners.

Our team
For each engagement we define the roles it needs and form a dedicated team from our own staff. Our members have built systems at a global consulting firm, supported PMOs at a Japanese consultancy, and built organizations as on-site managers.
Management consultant (subsidies)
Program selection, planning, post-approval support, performance and impact reports. When a program doesn't fit, we recommend not using it.
Systems engineers
Requirements, design, implementation and maintenance. We use AI in design, coding and testing to keep a small team fast and reliable, and join from the planning stage.
E-commerce and customer support specialists
Running e-commerce sites and hometown tax donation portals, order, purchasing, pickup and shipping operations, and inquiries from customers and donors. We have set up inquiry desks ourselves, from the inquiry management system and FAQ to daily operation.
Project manager
First point of contact, schedule and approvals, fixing scope, price and delivery, and aligning subsidy timelines with development.
Work reserved for licensed professionals (filing applications on your behalf, legal and tax services) is not part of our team; we refer you to partner firms.
Partnerships
We work closely with government agencies, policymakers, licensed professionals and regulated industries. The Central Policy Research Institute (Japanese) is our core partner. In Fukushima's Hamadori region we have worked with the Fukushima Soso Reconstruction Public-Private Joint Team.
