An equipment investment plan under the Monozukuri Subsidy, through to the grant application. In parallel we built their business system, so investment and development ran as one project.

For a Tokyo capital investment program, we checked the specifications, service life and quotes of all 14 pieces of equipment one by one, keeping ineligible items out before submission.

Manufacturer, Hamadori region of Fukushima
A capital investment plan for new and expanded factories, from advance-start approval to the grant application, working with local companies and government.

New company in the Hamadori region of Fukushima
From a technology seed only: a survey project with the Ministry of the Environment, a dedicated company, business plan, governance, a team of licensed professionals, and a financing plan. The commercialization R&D application recovered from a first-round rejection and was approved in the second round.

Operating as a registered IT support provider
We registered our own IT tool and supported adopting businesses from gBizID through the grant application, onboarding, performance report and three years of impact reports.

Small businesses in a rural town (joint type)
A promotion for the town's anniversary year, planned as a joint project by local small businesses with the chamber of commerce or a similar body as lead organization, using the joint type of the Small Business Sustainability Subsidy.

Small businesses and artists during the pandemic
For the Sustainability Subsidy and Benefit, we built a chat-based application support system and semi-automated the process to support a large number of applications in a short time. For arts organizations and performers, we planned projects they could carry out together and supported their applications.

Operational efficiency and automation
Tools built for our own operations are used in client work too. Decisions to submit, send or pay are always made by a person.
Tax certificate requests
Nine fields are read automatically from the corporate tax return to produce the full request form set, in about 0.4 seconds per return.
Subsidy performance reports
Payment evidence such as transfer screens, passbooks and invoices is checked against the program's requirements before submission.
Government forms
Residence certificates, local tax certificates and seal registration forms are produced by overlaying values on the official forms, keeping the official layout intact.
Non-disclosure agreements
We show a QR code in the meeting and the other party agrees to the NDA on the spot. No stamps or mail.
International conferences
Technical support for interpretation at an international conference, and minutes that record the discussion and decisions.
