Register the service as an IT tool and support customers through the Digitalization and AI Adoption Subsidy, from application to impact reports.
A testing company
A contract testing business that took orders on paper and fax, rebuilt through equipment investment and a business system. Client name withheld.
Analysis and redefinition
Paper and fax orders concentrated work on checking, re-keying and invoice matching. We redefined the business around one cloud system, from order entry and pickup to results and billing.
Subsidies and equipment
A Monozukuri Subsidy grant for the investment plan, then a Tokyo capital investment program, where we checked the specifications, service life and quotes of all 14 pieces of equipment.

Systems and automation
A business system built from requirements, replacing manual work from intake to billing.

A sales model customers can fund
We designed an adoption scheme so that facilities ordering tests can use the Digitalization and AI Adoption Subsidy, and are promoting it jointly with the client.
