It's fine to start with "we don't know what to do yet."
We don't wait until you know what to buy. We work out what to do first, whether it's a new business or an operational fix, then take it through planning, subsidies, development, launch, and even selling what you built with your customers' own subsidies.
Our support portfolio
We are a venture that has built one new business after another. Our portfolio of support services exists to share that experience and know-how of launching ventures with other business owners.
-
Business development and funding
Starting from the business idea itself. New business concepts, revenue design, launch and outsourced operation. Financing plans that combine subsidies, loans and equity, and cap table design.
-
Regional revitalization
Hometown tax donation programs from launch to daily operation, joint projects and subsidies for local businesses, factory siting and commercialization. Our e-commerce and customer support specialists handle the day-to-day work.
-
Business turnaround
We analyze legacy businesses, redefine them with technology and rebuild them into something new: subsidies, software, equipment procurement, automation, and a sales model customers can fund with their own subsidies.
-
Software development
Business systems, operational platforms, e-commerce and matching platforms, built in-house with AI from requirements to maintenance.
-
Subsidy applications
Capital investment programs (national, prefectural and agency programs), IT adoption subsidies, and certified business plans such as Management Innovation Plans.
-
Web marketing
Social media, websites and landing pages, e-commerce and customer support, and static WordPress. We plan and run the web presence that brings in sales.
-
Operational efficiency
From mapping paperwork and internal operations to automating them. Tools we built for our own work are put to use for clients too.
Timelines are estimates. We do not file applications on your behalf or provide legal or tax services; we refer you to partner professionals.
We choose programs by what stays in your company after approval.
Chasing approval with a stretched plan often ends with a subsidy that didn't actually help the company. If a program doesn't fit, we will tell you not to use it.
| Aspect | Approval-driven support | ELISA |
|---|---|---|
| Measure of success | Approval and grant amount | Revenue, profit and cash left afterwards, and hours of work saved |
| Finish line | Grant decision | Equipment and systems running, and the business working day to day |
| When a program doesn't fit | Bend the plan to fit the program | Fit the program to the business, or recommend not using it |
| How we work | An outside vendor behind a contact person | Part of your team, joining internal meetings when needed |
Build with one subsidy. Sell with another.
Use a program to build the new business, then set it up so your customers can use their own programs to buy it. Your investment pays back while your sales channel opens.
| Stage | Example programs | Our role |
|---|---|---|
| Build the business | Monozukuri Subsidy, Fukushima reconstruction programs and other capital investment programs | Concept and revenue design, planning, system and equipment rollout |
| Reach customers | Digitalization and AI Adoption Subsidy and other IT programs | IT tool registration, customer application support, adoption and onboarding |
